Customers love ClassPass because it aggregates many health clubs and fitness studios through a single subscription. Still, some memberships that studios offer don’t fit in the ClassPass business model. For example memberships that offer unlimited visits, gym access, certain special offers, etc. What if ClassPass could sell and manage these “direct to studio” memberships inside the app. Our hypothese was that users would love the ease of use of having all their memberships in one place and that we would increase sales for our partnering studios by creating new marketplace for these direct memberships.
